A prayer based on Revelation 13: 1-10

Sovereign and holy God. Living in the world today calls for patient endurance and faithfulness. To hold fast to your word. Other gods call us to worship them, such as power, riches, and politics, just to name a few. Help us live as ones living in your word, as we seek to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God. We lift this prayer in the name of that God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen.
