God who leads us, we are thankful that you have given us companions for the journey ahead. Set us apart like Saul and Barnabas, so we may have partners to proclaim Christ to the world around us. Let us share in the message of Jesus, so through our relationships we can see the ultimate relationship of the Triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen

It shows us our sin and reminds us that we need a Savior. Allow us to fully live in the grace of Jesus Christ, so that as we live our lives seeking you, the power of sin is removed in our lives and we can then boldly proclaim Jesus to those around us, not only in our words, but in our actions and love. We lift this prayer confidently in the power of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

While it may be easy to pass judgment on others, may your grace enable us to do good so we may live in the honor and peace of Jesus Christ, who, with you and the Holy Spirit, is worshiped and glorified. We pray that the guiding of the Holy Spirit leads us to live the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Allow that fruit to remind us that we live our lives in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

We give thanks for the life, death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ our Lord, who has set us free. Let us fully live in that freedom and totally discard the yoke of slavery in our lives. Let us love our neighbor as ourselves, so we don’t destroy each other with our actions or words. But let us fully live in the example of life given to us by Jesus the Christ.
