Our prayer for today is a prayer based on Acts 3: 12-26

Glorious and ever-living God. Help us to look at Scripture as a way to tell your story. The promises of the prophets aren’t just words of the past, but they give us life even today. We know that a time of refreshing is coming, where those who call upon you will live fully in the abundance given to us through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

At times, we will be told to be quiet, but through your Holy Spirit, guide us to speak words of blessing and truth, so that in and through all, the love of Jesus Christ will be proclaimed.
